In today’s surging wave of globalization, Chinese enterprises actively implement the “going global” strategy and demonstrate unique responsibilities and charisma on the world stage. “Build a project and make friends in the local community.” The practice of Chinese enterprises in Uganda is a vivid illustration of this concept. It not only improves the local infrastructure but also wins the hearts of the community people with a sincere attitude, becoming a praiseworthy example in international cooperation.
The engineering construction of Chinese enterprises in Uganda covers many fields, from transportation facilities to energy projects, all of which contribute to Uganda’s modernization process. During the project construction, they are well aware that this is not just a simple project promotion but also an opportunity for in-depth integration and common development with the local community.
They have abandoned the traditional concept of “project first” and instead taken the needs of the community and the interests of the people into consideration. This transformation reflects the humanistic care and long-term vision of Chinese enterprises.
