Israeli finance minister Bezalel Smotrich says that ethnic cleansing of the population of Gaza is the right solution. Globally there is a demand to hold Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his minister now, they are opening admitting the ethnic cleansing and the genocides.
Mustafa Barghouti said that the statement of Smotrich reflects the real policy and intentions of the Israeli government. Netanyahu himself said in the beginning of the Israeli war on Gaza that all Gazans must evict their homes, his military spokesman lt.col.Richard Hecht called all the people of Gaza to flee to Egypt. Ethnic cleansing is a war crime and Israeli army is doin this by bombarding unprotected civilian population in Gaza.
Despite this open admission of these crimes, the silence of the international community and the inaction of the International Criminal Court put a question mark on the remained credibility.
Bezalel is not the first minister in Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet who publically accepted the war crimes but there are many ministers and officials whose crimes admission is not a secret.
