Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that last year’s blasts on the Nord Stream gas pipelines had been carried out on a “state level”.
Putin dismissed the idea that an autonomous pro-Ukraine group was responsible as “complete nonsense”.
The Kremlin last week described the claims about Ukrainian involvement in the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions in the Baltic Sea last year as part of a cover-up by the West.
