South Korea Hosts China-Japan Summit Amid Regional Tensions

South Korea welcomed leaders from China and Japan for a trilateral summit aimed at fostering cooperation and addressing regional challenges. The summit, which marks the first of its kind in four years, commenced on Sunday. 

  The leaders, including South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, Chinese Premier Li Qiang, and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, engaged in bilateral meetings ahead of the main event to discuss economic cooperation and other pressing issues.
