The UN chief’s statement, issued Thursday, comes after a series of Israeli air raids on military positions in Syria, which Israel claims are linked to Iranian-backed groups operating in the region.
The recent military actions by Israel have drawn international criticism, particularly from countries within the Arab League and several UN member states, who have expressed concern over the humanitarian impact of these strikes.
Israel blatant committing of war crimes and the violation of international law is not the first time. The United Nation Secretary General repeated condemned and ask for halt of such actions, but nothing stop Israel.
